‘A Man Like Putin’

PUTIN RAVE!!! Everybody Dance!

We were listening to this in my Russian history class today.

The song was ‘mysteriously’ released in Russia by an unknown band in 2002. It became extremely popular and was used for an ad for Putin’s 2004 campaign. I’m not sure if this is the actual ad but this is what we watched in class and I think it’s hilarious.

It’s pretty much Putin’s theme music now and is used for his rallies, which is pretty much one of the funniest thing’s I’ve ever seen. It’s just really catchy
